About

Polyshield X is a polyurea. Polyurea is a synthetic polymer obtained from the reaction of a diamine with a diisocyanate, the polymerization reaction is very similar to that of polyurethane, but in the case of polyurea, the resulting link is a "urea", so it is called polyurea.

We get this link from generating molecular structure an insensitivity to moisture, thus making the polyurea the best waterproof membrane. It is known for its rapid curing time and high strength, making it useful in a variety of industrial and commercial applications.

Cartidge Systems

Side-by-side cartridges for meter mix and spraying of two-component systems. It’s 1:1 ratio design allows it to easily dispense a wide range of low to high-viscosity polyurethane systems.

The cartridge system is easy to use, due to its design it does not go off ratio, there are no pipes that can block, no pumps to maintain, and no material wastage. As the leaders in the cartridge system, we are promoting the NEW SUPERIOR POLYSHIELD X for the BAKKIE LINING Industry. We are moving from the old to the new. We are able to spray Polyurea through the cartridge system.

The complete High-Pressure Spray System system includes a lightweight dispensing gun equipped with handles and loops for shoulder strap for extra portability and ease of use. A regulator on the guns atomizing airline provides easy adjustment to accurately control airflow.
